Interview

How did you get into the modeling business?

Ultimately, I LOVE FASHION! I’m an addict when it comes to clothes, accessories and especially shoes! My love for fashion expanded my interest in being a model. I love to coordinate outfits and finally I made the decision to do a shoot. I have a friend, names Doug Vosler that just so happens to be a photographer. So after the initial shoot, I realized that the experience was amazing and fun. To my surprise… this   1st shoot got me a local magazine cover. So I started practicing facial expressions in the mirror and continued doing shoots with various photographers.

Where do you want to be a year from now in the modeling industry?

Well, I haven’t exactly taken modeling seriously. I’m a full-time college student and I work a full-time job so it doesn’t leave much time for taking chances- and being successful in modeling is all about taking chances and making good connections. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to seriously pursue modeling since I have not taken advantage of networking and meeting key people in the modeling business.

Other than your looks, what do you bring to the modeling industry?

Individuality. I am energetic, funny (so they say), and full of charisma! I am simply a color pallet and with creative mix, my canvas may be hung in a museum.  I feel as though I express clothing the way a designer intends to have an audience perceive it.

Do you plan on going into other things like acting, music videos, etc or have you already done that?

Not particularly… I love to dance, though I wouldn’t want to just be eye candy in a music video.
